I have very important news to share with you…did you know that today Friday, October 28th is National Chocolate Day?
Contrary to popular belief, chocolate isn’t just a guilty pleasure. In moderation, it can have actual health benefits such as being packed with nutrients, being good for your skin, improves cognition, lowers risk of stroke, and boosts your overall mood.
My favorite flavor is white chocolate or maybe Cadbury milk chocolate…ahhhh I don’t know.
