Did you know that this week, May 6^th – May 12^th is Nurse’s Week?

Some interesting things I found out about this celebratory week

• It was first planned around Florence Nightingale’s birthday (May 12^th 1820)
• It is an annual celebration
• It has been celebrated since the 1990s
• National Student Nurses Day was set on May 8^th

Make sure to stop and remind the nurses around you how much you appreciate them, special shoutout to the student nurses – keep going!
