Hello friends and happy Friday!
I hope you enjoyed your spring break! We are now more than halfway through the semester (thank goodness). Now that we are approaching the end of the semester, I thought it would be a good time to tell you that I’ll be graduating after this semester.
It feels weird to even type that. I’ve been a student life ambassador and CCBC blogger for two years now, so it will be strange to no longer do this. I’m bringing this up to let you all know that, if you are interested, you too could be a student ambassador, a member of student government or a mentor to first year students.
*insert infomercial voiceover*
Are you interested in being an ambassador to help organise and facilitate events around campus? Or maybe you’re interested in being the voice of the student body needed to advocate for CCBC’s needs? Maybe you remember what it was like being a new student at CCBC and would like to help first years navigate that time? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then maybe you’d be interested in being a student leader.
*end of infomercial voiceover*
In all seriousness though, the Student Life Office is looking for new student leaders and here’s how to apply:
Applications are due Monday, May 3rd 2021
To apply online:

To print an application:

Not to be all corny and sentimental but the ambassador program has truly been one of the best parts of my experience as a CCBC student, so I hope you consider this opportunity. See you next week!
ps. you should apply!!
