For the past two years, I have missed the experience of seeing our graduates’ smiling faces gathered under the huge tent at CCBC Essex. Surrounded by friends and family, it was always an impressive sight to behold.
While the sights and sounds of our in-person commencement couldn’t truly be replicated, we still celebrated with the same spirit, energy and zest that our amazing graduates deserved.
Commencement is the high point of CCBC’s academic year. It is the day we pay tribute to the talent, hard work, passion and resourcefulness of several thousand students whose work has culminated in an associate degree or a certificate.
Now our more than 3,000 graduates are poised and ready to enter the fray that is the waiting world. They worked hard and are now in fighting trim and ready to shape their future. I dare say, they are well on their way to accomplishing remarkable things. Indeed, the future looks bright in their capable hands.
