When I started attending CCBC last spring I realized that the different athletic teams and events were not very well known on campus. I found that very unusual transferring in from a 4 year school. I have figured out that if you want to know about an athletic event you really have to look online and figure out where and when things are. Personally, I feel like having a stronger athletic presence at each of the three campuses will really bring out CCBC pride and patriotism around our campus.
As the fall sports season is coming to a close, we are starting to see many of the highlights of the season for each team. Most of the accomplishments of each of the athletes go unrecognized if we are uninterested in looking for it. For many of the athletes they compete well on the field and continue to have good grades in the classroom.
