ETHAN HOLLER (Aladdin) is thrilled to be back on the Cockpit in Court stage. Previous Cockpit shows include The Little Mermaid Jr. and Lion King Jr. Ethan has also performed with the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland. Some of his favorite CPM shows have been Mary Poppins, Hairspray, and Newsies just to make a few. Ethan will be a Junior at the George Washington Carver Center School for the Arts and Technology where he has performed in Young Frankenstein, Edges, and Memphis. He would like to that Ms. Liz, Ryan, and Rachel for this wonderful opportunity.
JULES EINHORN (Genie) is thrilled to be in this show! Jules is going to be a senior in the fall at Carver Center in the acting prime. Previously, Jules has been in Seussical Jr. (Horton), Lion King Jr. (Simba), Madagascar Jr. (Melman), The Little Mermaid Jr. (King Triton), The Addams Family (Pugsley), and Newsies (Buttons). Jules would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support and the cast and crew for all of their hard work! Enjoy the show!
SERENITY HOLMES (Jasmine) returns to the Royal Jesters stage after having appeared as Rafiki in last season’s The Lion King Jr. She recently won a Baltimore Theatre Award for her role as Carla, in the play 26 Pebbles. As well as a Cappie award for best female dancer in the role of Timoune in Once on this Island at Notre Dame Prep. Some of her favorite roles have been Alice in Up the down Staircase, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and Jack in Into the Woods. She would like to thank her amazing directors, cast, and crew for putting on such a great show.
SHAHMEER MIRZA (Jafar) makes his Cockpit debut in Aladdin Jr.! Shahmeer is an avid performer and student who participates in many after school activities, such as Choirs and Student Council. Past shows include, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory (Mr. Bucket), Aladdin Jr. (Aladdin), The wizard of Oz (Scarecrow), Peter pan Jr. (Slightly), Elf Jr. (Elf/Ensemble), Honk Jr. (Snowy), and most recently Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat (Judah). Shahmeer would like to give a shout out to his committed parents and supportive family. Enjoy the show!
JORDAN DIXON (Iago) is a recent graduate of Loch Raven Technical Academy in the Performing Arts Magnet Program. He will be attending Patapsco High School in the fall for Performing Arts. When Jordan is not doing what he loves he is playing on video games, Youtube, wrestling with his brother or just having conversations about life with anyone. Jordan recently attended a YPA workshop. He received an award for Promising Future.
MASON PETR (Sultan) would like to thank Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan, Rachel, Ms. Donna, and the rest of the Cockpit family for everything they’ve done to make this amazing show possible! It is an honor to be enjoying his third appearance at Cockpit after performing in Mulan Jr and Madagascar Jr , along with his four appearances at CPM, the latest being Newsies this past May. Mason thanks everyone for their support and effort in getting him to and from rehearsals, especially Mom and Dad!
JACKSON FOARD (Kassim) is excited to take part in Cockpit in Court’s performance of Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. Throughout the years, Jackson has participated in his school theatre, in musicals like The Wizard of Oz, Godspell, and, most recently, as the Artful Dodger in Oliver!. You will probably see Jackson dancing both on and off the stage, trying to perfect a move or entertain himself. Either way, he hopes that all goes well and can’t wait to perform. Enjoy the show!
TOMMY PEISINGER (Omar) is appearing in Aladdin jr and is having a great time with a fantastic cast and crew. Tommy loves playing Omar because the character is a kind hearted, funny, great friend to Aladdin and Tommy feels he has a lot in common with Omar and can have a lot of fun with the character. Tommy is a seventh grade student at Our Lady of Hope St Luke school and has remained on the honor roll all his years there. Some of Tommy’s recent rolls include: A Christmas story (Farkus); Facets of Love; (Rolph sound of music); Once on this Island; (ensemble); Newsies (Morris Delancey); Beauty and the Beast (Enchanter, Ensemble). Tommy enjoys hanging out with his friends, his pet reptiles, fishing, and being a part of the Kempo Karate HIT club. Tommy is grateful to have a very supporting family and cast in his life and would like to give them all a special thanks for helping him become a better actor every show!
RYANN REICH (Babkak) is performing in her 3rd production with Cockpit in Court. Ryann has participated in Madagascar as the role of Alex the Lion and has also performed in Mulan Jr. as the character of Chi-fu. Ryann will soon be attending Carver Center for Arts and Technology enrolled in Acting prime. Ryann would like to thank Mrs. Liz for allowing her to play this humorous character and hope that you enjoy the show.
TALIA LEBOWITZ (Rajah/Ensemble) is making her Cockpit debut in this wonderful production. She was a Storyteller in Once On This Island with CPM this spring and has been performing since she was 5 years old for other various theatres. She has been in shows such as Evita, Mulan, Music Man, Annie twice, Peter Pan, Madagascar, Street Scenes, Fiddler on the Roof, Frog and Toad, and Little Mermaid. She wants to thank Diane Smith for inspiring her love of theatre, Miss Liz for giving her a chance, her voice teacher,
Sherry Benedeck and her parents for driving her to rehearsals!
GRACE GLENNON (Manal/Ensemble) is thrilled to be in her sixth consecutive Cockpit production! Some of her favorite roles include Honesty in Anything Goes (CPM), Marty in Madagascar (Cockpit in Court) and Sally in 26 Pebbles (Notre Dame Prep). Grace will be a junior at NDP in the fall where she is in concert band (percussionist) and jazz band (pianist) and sings with the concert choir and chamber choir. Thanks to the amazing production staff for making Aladdin possible. Enjoy the show!
ELLIOTT WHITMAN (Ensemble) is super excited to be a part of Aladdin Jr.! Some of her favorite shows she has done in the past include Crazy for You (Follie Girl), Mary Poppins (Jane), The Lion King Jr. (Lioness), and Curtains (Niki Harris). She would like to thank Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan, and Ms. Rachel for helping her learn. Also, a big shout out to carpool!!
ERIN ACERNO (Ensemble) is excited to be part of this production of Aladdin Jr. Erin most recently appeared in CPM’s production of Newsies (Bowery Beauty, Scab, Nun, Borough Newsie). Some of Erin’s previous roles have included Once On This Island (Gossiper, ensemble), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Cora), and Anything Goes (ensemble), all with CPM. Erin has also appeared in several original productions with The Shadow Players Theatre Company at St. Francis de Sales Church. Erin would like to thank her family for their support and also Mrs. Liz, Mrs. Donna, Ryan and Rachel for setting the bar high and teaching her so much.
DANIELA ALVAREZ (Ensemble) is excited to be in her fifth Cockpit show. She has also performed with CPM three times. Her favorite musical was Lion King, Jr. She will be entering 4th grade at Hampton Elementary School in the fall, and she has been dancing for 3 years. Daniela is grateful to Ms. Liz for casting her and to the cast and crew for making her feel at home.
SOFIA ALVAREZ (Ensemble/Beggar #1) is thrilled to be in yet another show with Cockpit in Court. She has been performing with CPM, Cockpit in Court, and Pumpkin Theatre for 5 years. This is her 22nd show; favorite roles are Little Red in Little Red; Stuart Little in Stuart Little; a lioness/dancer in The Lion King, Jr.; numerous roles in Newsies; and an Angel in Anything Goes. She has been dancing for 9 years and will be entering 7th grade at Ridgely Middle School. Sofia would like to thank everyone involved for making this a great show.
MARA JADE BEAUMIER (Ensemble) is a student at Holabird STEM Middle School. She has recently performed in Once on This Island with the Children’s Playhouse of MD. Her previous shows with Cockpit in Court include The Lion King, Jr. and Madagascar, Jr. MJ appreciates the continued opportunity to learn, perform, and entertain. She would like to thank her family and friends for their on-going encouragement, love and support.
CJ BINETTI (Ensemble) is thrilled to be making her musical debut with Cockpit in Court this summer. A fourth-grade student at Hampton Elementary, CJ is passionate about Gymnastics, Art, Girl Scouts and Dance. CJ studies ballet, modern, jazz and lyrical at EMpowered Dance Center where she has performed inThe Nutcracker and Alice in Wonderland. Previously, CJ has attended On Stage Drama Camp. She has also appeared in a TV spot for University of Maryland Medical System and a Direct Mail campaign for County Executive, Johnny O.
MEGHAN CHRZANOWSKI (Ensemble) is very excited to be in her first production with the Court Jesters. Her first role was the baby Jesus in her church’s Christmas play. She dances with Danzations at Parkville Rec Center. Her favorite things include: the color pink, Princess Ariel, mermaids and playing outside. She is excited to start Kindergarten in the fall.
AMY CLAUDIO (Ensemble) is thrilled to be in her 13th show with Cockpit & CPM and is happy to be in the cast of Aladdin! Amy has been performing in musicals since she was 5 years old. Her favorite past role was Young Nala in “Lion King, Jr.” Amy just graduated from elementary school and she will soon be going to middle school & attending the Performing Arts magnet program! Amy loves singing & dancing, and playing the ukulele & violin. She also enjoys reading books, writing poems, watching music videos, and spending time with her family & friends. Amy is grateful to everyone at Cockpit & CPM and she is looking forward to more amazing shows in the theater.
ELLA COWGER (Ensemble) is appearing in Aladdin, Jr. She has performed in the school productions of G2K Oklahoma, G2K Sound of Music, Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat and Mary Poppins Jr.
EMILY DAVIS (Fortune Teller/Dance Captain/Ensemble) this is Emily’s 4th season with Cockpit and she is thrilled to be a part of the Aladdin cast. Some of her favorite roles were Lioness in Lion King and Grandma Fa in Mulan. Emily is a 9th grader at Towson High School, where she was a featured dancer in Beauty and the Beast. She would like to thank her family for all their support and driving! She would like thank Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan and Ms. Rachel for giving her this opportunity!
LOUISA DEMERS (Ensemble) is thrilled to be in Aladdin, Jr. this summer. It is her second Cockpit in Court show; she was a Penguin in Madagascar, Jr. Over the last two years she has learned a great deal and enjoyed performing in 4 CPM Workshops including, The Aristocats, Seusssical, Jr., Winnie the Pooh, and Annie. Louisa is headed into the 6th Grade at Ridgeley Middle School. She is grateful to Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Donna for the chance to be part of this magical show.
MEREDITH EINHORN (Agrahban/Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of this wonderful show! Meredith is going to be a fifth grader at Summit Park Elementary School in the fall! Previously, she has been in Seussical Jr. (Who), Scrooge Jr. (Ensemble), Madagascar Jr. (Ensemble), Lion King Jr. (Ensemble). Meredith would like to thank Ms. Liz for this amazing opportunity and the cast and crew for all of their support! Enjoy the show!
PEYTON EVANS (Ensemble) This is Peyton’s second season with Cockpit in Court and she is amazingly excited to be a part of the ensemble in Aladdin Jr. Peyton has been a part of the ensembles in Lion King Jr. and Suessical. Peyton is finishing her second grade year at Emmorton Elementary school in Bel Air, MD. Peyton has been dancing since she was three and continues to take ballet and jazz and tap. She would love to thank her family for their support and encouragement. Peyton is also grateful for her support and love from her family and a special thanks to Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan and Ms. Rachel for believing in her.
EMILY FOGGO (Ensemble) is excited to be a part of the cast of Aladdin Jr.! This is her third season with Cockpit
In Court where she has previously performed as as a penguin in Madagascar Jr. and in The Lion King Jr. Emily has also played an orphan in Annie Jr. with CPM’s apprentice company, and has also been seen as a Who in Seussical the Musical Jr. and in the ensemble of Anything Goes and Once on This Island Jr. with the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland. She will be in 3rd grade at Hampton Elementary School and in addition to performing she enjoys playing piano, dancing, and softball. She would like to thank everyone involved in this production for this wonderful opportunity and her family for all of their support!
MOLLY FOGGO (Spooky Voice/Cave of Wonders/Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of Aladdin Jr.! This is her third season with Cockpit In Court and she has also performed in 9 shows over four season with the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland. Some favorite roles include her most recent role as Storyteller in Once on This Island Jr. and Wickersham Brother in Seussical the Musical Jr. Molly will be going into 5th grade at Hampton Elementary School and in addition to performing she enjoys singing, dancing and playing sports. ROSE GLENNON (Guard #2/Ensemble) is ecstatic to be in her 6th Cockpit in Court show. Some of here favorite roles include Ensemble is Hairspray, Angel in Anything Goes, and Storyteller 2 in Once On This Island Jr. all at Children’s Playhouse of MD. Rose is a rising freshman at Notre Dame Prep. She enjoys taking voice lessons and dance lessons, and singing in the chorus at her school. Rose would like to thank Mrs. Liz, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Donna and Rachel for making this show possible. Break a leg to the cast and crew!
BROOKE HENSHAW (Ensemble) is 15 and a student at Loch Raven High. She is ensemble/ Prince Abdullah in this production of Aladdin. Brooke has done two years of dance at Anitas, has been doing theatre since elementary school, and keeps honor roll grades. She is very excited to keep pursuing theatre and would like to thank the whole production staff and cast of Aladdin for all their help and hard work!
ALLIE KNUPP (Ensemble) has found her passion in performing. She is a rising 3rd grader who studies dance with The Moving Company, where she takes Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Allie has most recently been seen in Way Off Broadways’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar where she took the stage as a full member of the
ensemble, holding her own with the grownups! Other favorite roles include: Tootles in Peter Pan (Charm City Players), Ensemble in Mary Poppins (Charm City Player), and Elephant Bird in Seussical Jr. (IHM). Allie thanks Ms. Liz for this fun opportunity.
HALEY KNUPP (Ensemble) is a rising 5th grader who loves being creative and making people smile. Some favorite roles include Young Kangaroo in Seussical Jr at IHM and Lost Boy in Peter Pan with Charm City Players. When not performing or writing her own plays, Haley can be found on the soccer field year round. She thanks Cockpit in Court and Ms. Liz for this opportunity to perform with such a talented group of performers.
SAVANAH MONROE (Ensemble) is playing the role of Razoul, she is in the 9th grade, at PHHS. Some of her favorite performance include “once on this island jr” “the birds” and “Peter pan”, she is very excited to be in the show and work with such talented directors and cast. She hopes you enjoy this spectacular show!
JULIA MORGERETH (Shop Owner/Ensemble) is a Literary Arts student at Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts. Her favorite roles are Shenzi in The Lion King Jr., Augusta in Willy Wonka, July in Annie, Jr., Gretl in The Sound Of Music, and Tiny Tim n Scrooge. She is also a critic for the Cappies (Maryland HS Theater Awards) and in the Gospel Choir. Julia is a member of the Sky Show Choir and On A High Note. She wants to thank Ms. Liz, Miss Debbie, Ms. Diane, Rachel, Mr. Ryan, and her Mom.
ABISOLA OSHO (Ensemble) is 10 years old and extremely proud and excited to be in her 2nd production with Cockpit in Court Royal Court Jesters in the cast of Aladdin. In her free time, Abisola enjoys reading, playing outside, and making new inventions. Abisola first appeared on stage in the cast of Madagascar in Cockpit in Court Royal Court Jesters. Abisola has also appeared on stage in the cast of Beauty and the Beast and Seussical Jr. at Chapel Hill Elementary. She will be a 6th grader this fall at Perry Hall Middle School. She would like to thank her family for their constant love and support.
ANIKE OSHO (Ensemble) is 12 years old and extremely proud and excited to be in her 2nd summer production with the Cockpit in Court Royal Court Jesters in the cast of Aladdin. Anike lives in Perry Hall with her family and attends Perry Hall Middle School. She will be a seventh grader this fall and her favorite subject is reading. Anike first appeared on stage in the cast of Peter Pan at Chapel Hill Elementary. Anike has also performed in Madagascar with Cockpit in Court Royal Court Jesters, Seussical Jr. at Chapel Hill Elementary, and Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Perry Hall Middle School. She would like to thank her family for their constant love and support.
MOLLY PARKER (Beggar #2/Ensemble) is thrilled to be a part of the cast for Aladdin, Jr! Molly is a 7th grader at Perry Hall Middle School. Some of her previous performances include: Zazu (Lion King, Jr. / Cockpit in Court), Ensemble (Seussical Jr. / Children’s Playhouse of MD), Belinda Cratchit (Scrooge / Children’s Playhouse of MD), as well as, Ensemble (Madagascar Jr. / Cockpit in Court). Molly would like to thank Mrs. Liz, Ms. Rachel, and Mr. Ryan for all of their hard work and patience!
ADAM PRATNICKI (Ensemble) is making his debut performance with the Cockpit in Court Jesters in the role of ensemble. His pervious roles include Jetsam in Oliver Beach Elementary production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid and Private Vichy in Children’s Playhouse of Maryland Apprenticeship production of Aristocats. Adam has really enjoyed working with the cast and crew in this production and is so thankful to have had this opportunity to have learned so much. He would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support and encouragement, especially Ms. Gingrich who has helped him discover his love of performing and his mom who keeps ‘signing him up for all these things’.
MAGGIE RUBIN (Ensemble) is thrilled to be in Aladdin, Jr. this summer. It is her third Cockpit in Court show, having been in Madagascar, Jr. and The Lion King, Jr., respectively over the past two summers. She has performed in two Children’s Playhouse of Maryland musicals: Anything Goes and Once on This Island, Jr. and was also in Once on This Island at Notre Dame Prep. Maggie is heading into the 5th Grade at the Wilkes School and sings in the Baltimore Children’s Choir. She is so grateful to Ms. Liz, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Donna for the chance to be part of one of her favorite Disney musicals.
CLAIRE SCHAFER (Ensemble) is thrilled to be in another show with Cockpit in Court. Claire is a rising 8th grader at NDP. Some of her favorite recent past roles include a “Bird Girl” in Suessical Jr. and “Ensemble” in Once on this Island Jr., both with Children’s Playhouse of Maryland. MYLES TAYLOR (Ensemble) is making his 1st appearance at Cockpit in court. Some of his favorite roles was Quasimodo in Hunchback of Notre Dame (The Theater Lab) and Oscar Delancey in Newsies (CPM) Currently, Myles is in the 8th grade, and he is in chamber choir and 8th grade choir. In addition to school, he loves to play piano, tap dance and play soccer. Myles also would like to thank his friends and family for their love and support.
LIZ BOYER HUNNICUTT (Director) is thrilled to return to the Court Jesters having directed Camp Rock, Seussical Jr., Annie Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., Mulan Jr., Madagascar Jr., and last season’s The Lion King, Jr. Also an actor, you may have seen Liz in this season’s Disaster! The Musical and soon to be seen in An Unexpected Guest in the cabaret theatre in July. Liz is the Resident Director for the The Children’s Playhouse of MD in residence here at CCBC. Offstage, she likes to spend time with husband, James.
RYAN SLATTERY (Music Director) has just graduated from The Catholic University of America with his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance under the guidance of Mr. Rick Christman. This is his second appearance as music director for Cockpit in Court Children’s Summer Theatre program after last summer’s production of Lion King Jr. His most recent credits include his CenterStage Theatre Company debut as Lucas in The Addams Family, Basilio in Mozart’s opera buffa, Le nozze di Figaro, and Doctor Miracle in Georges Bizet’s Doctor Miracle with the Benjamin T. Rome School of Music, Drama, and Art. Other credits include The Narrator in Berlioz’s oratorio L’enfance du Christ at the Basilica of Saint Mary and soloist for the United States premiere of the medley of Vanara the Musical during the Christmas Festival at The Strathmore. Come August, Ryan will be headed to “a whole new world” of his own in Honduras to work for a non-profit organization in Trujillo, Colon called Farm of the Child as an educator and missionary for the next 16 months. SAMMY JUNGWIRTH (Set Designer/Assistant Stage Manager) is so excited to be working on this production. Sammy Is a 14 year old Actor and technician at the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland where he has been performing and helping out for about 6 years. He has been awarded two Young Performers of America awards for Acting in the past at the Playhouse. He is also a Stage manager/Assistant stage manager and set designer for theaters in the community like Cockpit In Court, John Carroll, Beth Tfiloh, and many more. This Year he will attend George Washington Carver Center for the Arts and Technology where he will study Production design. In addition to his work, he has also been apart of multiple production teams that have won “Cappie” awards for Backstage Crew and Special Effects Design. One of his other favorite hobbies is Playing the Drums. He would like to thank his fellow producers staff members for being amazing people to be with all the time and to learn from.
LAURA MILLER (Scenic Artist)
CINDY RUTH (Properties Master) is usually found in the audience taking pictures and enjoying shows from a distance, is thrilled to be taking her first shot at working behind the scenes here at Cockpit. Her previous local theatre credits include Assistant Stage Manager, Spot Operator, Tech Crew, Photographer, and Videographer. She currently works on campus as a member of the CCBC IT team and with Children’s Playhouse of MD as Resident Photographer, Webmaster and Board Member. She would like to thank Liz & Cockpit for this opportunity, Diane, Lydia, Sandi & Laura for their assistance, and James J. Ruth, as it was his love of performing that got her involved with community theatre.
DONNA FLAHARTY (Stage Manager) is honored to be part of her first show as stage manager with Cockpit in Court. Donna is a current board member/secretary for the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland and light board operator for CPM shows. Donna has stage managed and worked as stage crew for various CPM, Cockpit in the Court and PFT shows. During the day, Donna works for the University of Maryland Medical System as an assistant to the VP of HIM. Donna is thankful for the opportunity to work with such a talented group of individuals. Enjoy the show.
