The Narrative Project

In this series, four CCBC students tell real stories from their past. Brought to you by the New Media Collective (NMC), our MC, Destini Merrill, and the students— who first told their stories in Professor Jamey Gallagher’s and Professor Jacqueline Scott’s English classes— discuss life after tragedy and unexpected triumphs as they grew up in and around Baltimore. Take a listen!

In our first post, Brandon tells his story, Not Your Ordinary Day.

I never knew that the kind of fire matters, when it comes to using water as a quencher. No doubt i’ve seen people use sand/soil instead of water to quench certain flames.
